In my twenty years of working at Sato UK one of the best things that happened to me was meeting Lou, we became good friends and spent hours discussing our dogs and holidays, namely who had the most and the most exotic ( I still have not been to the bellagio in Vagas ) I used to tell Lou she was the little sister I never had and I will always think of her when I visit Harwich and remember our last lunch in the Devon.Mark you were the best thing that happened for Lou.
